ADC Technology  -  Electronic Pre-Programmed Welding Choke

  • Innovative pre programmed electronic welding choke, for excellent ignition properties and a stable arc.

  • The choke setting can also be adjusted manually for correction if required.

CCM  - Characteristic Curve Memory

  • The comprehensive, integrated welding parameter database (CCM) contains the knowledge of experts with many years of practical experience.

  • The combination of material, wire diameter and voltage level is used to pre-select the synergic parameters required for a successful welding process.

  • During welding, the actual values are constantly compared to the process specifications and, if necessary, corrected instantly by the machine.

MI - Machine Interface

  • Sets the welding energy using the material thickness, Amperage or Wire Feed Rate

All  the appropriate welding parameters are then selected automatically by the machine.

SMC® Technology  -  Smart Machine Control

  • The revolutionary Smart Machine Control is a unique regulation concept developed by REHM in a stepped system: The arc length is not only controlled by measuring the arc voltage and the welding current, but also by digital capture of the wire feed rate.

SDI Technology  -  Stepless Dynamic Induction

  • Innovative electronic welding choke with ultra-fast automatic regulator, for excellent ignition properties and an extremely stable arc.

  • The choke setting can also be adjusted manually using the stepless controls.

RSC  -  Realtime Speed Control

  • The digital monitoring and regulation of the wire feed rate, extremely precise and in real-time.

RMI - REHM Machine Interface

  • Sets the welding energy using the material thickness alone

  • All  the appropriate welding parameters are then selected automatically by the machine.

MMI  -  Manual Machine Interface

  • Allows the operator to set up the welding parameters completely by himself

  • Maximum economic efficiency can be achieved thanks to practically spatter-free welding.

Perfect welding results thanks to:

  • Super-fast reacting, precise, digital arc length control

  • Controlled droplet transfer

  • Maximum reproducibility and setting precision of the digital current source

  • Automatic ignition, welding and crater filling programs for every material

  • Memory for up to 63 application-specific settings

  • The right synergy characteristic for every material

  • Automatic correction possibility for all voltage-dependent values of the synergy/welding characteristics when different intermediate hose bundle lengths are used (1.4m, 5m, 10m and 15m)

Very simple operation thanks to:

  • Single-button control , with the welding energy as leading variable,

  • Synergy control providing the welding process with optimum values at all times

Machine Set Up

  • Simple, yet effective initial set up of machine.

Just select:Wire DiameterWire TypeGas Typeand then close the door and let the powerful 4 wheel drive motor do the rest!

Machine Control

  • The Machine Control is one of the simplest controls of any pulsed MIG welding machine.  This offers the welder unparrallelled ease of use.Welders used to normal Mig machines will find our operating concept extremely easy to use and to relate to.

RSC  -  Realtime Speed Control

  • The digital monitoring and regulation of the wire feed rate, extremely precise and in real-time.

RMI - REHM Machine Interface

  • Sets the welding energy using the material thickness alone

  • All  the appropriate welding parameters are then selected automatically by the machine.

MMI  -  Manual Machine Interface

  • Allows the operator to set up the welding parameters completely by himself

TWFU - Twin Wire Feed Unit

  • The MEGAPULS can be ordered with Twin Wire Feed Units, allowing the machine to be independantly set up with two types of wire and gas.Often used to keep Aluminium wire feeder separate and un contaminated from Steel wire feeder.  Also used to minimise downtime when changing diferent wire types.
